I7-2600k upgrade help and questions

Hello,
I'm looking to upgrade my processor. Specifically, the i7-2600k Sandy bridge.

However, in order to do so, I would need a new motherboard (have an AMD mobo/processor currently) and most likely need new RAM. I may not *need* new RAM, but i would like some anyway, and I was looking into this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314

My question is: What motherboard should I get?
