I just finished putting together my first build (yay!) and things seem to be working. I installed all drivers and updated them. Should I update the bios as well? This is my configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Hard Drive: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Hard Drive: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 550D ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

My current bios is version 1.20 and the latest (from http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme4/?cat=Down...) is 1.90. A few updates seem to have updated "CPU code". I won't overclock right away - I want to establish that things are stable first. So with that in mind, should I upgrade the bios, or should I sit tight?

Thanks! The help I've gotten here has been incredibly useful so far.

No. Some bios updates grey out certain adjustments; if you like your stability or overclock, there's no need to change the bios.
