Need reassurance on new build

Hey everyone,

From looking at other builds I have picked out the below items. If possible I would like your feedback on my build before I start buying. I would like to overclock the i5 2500K and was wondering if the motherboard is good for that? First time overclocking and don't want to break my stuff  

Any other comments/concerns are welcome.

As a side note, I would really like to play BF3 on highest settings you guys think the graphics card I picked will do it?
