Old built upgrade doubt

Hello, I'm looking forward to get a new graphic and more ram for my pc. I'm thinking about getting the MSI ATI 6670 1Gb DDR5 or Asus 6670 1Gb DDR3 and Kingston 2x1G DDR2 800. My doubt is if PC can handle such upgrade, mainly the psu.

Here's my current PC specs:

MSI K9N Neo
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 5000+
2x1G DDR2 800 Kingston
GECUBE RADEON X1600XT 256MB GDDR3
Hitachi T7K250 7200rpm 8MB 250gb
PSU Linkworld LPG12 600W*

According to this, you only need 400w or better for that graphics card, so you'll be fine with what you have.
