Asus P8Z68-V LX Not booting.

No beeps or display.
Remove memory 1 long 2 short beeps.
Replace one memory Dimm, no beeps.

Memory is Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
2x4Gb 1600MHz.

Any ideas ?
Is it faulty memory ?

Any assistance will be appriciated.

Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
And when the battery is out, press the power button to discharge all the electricity from the system.
