XFX HD 5870 better than Gigabyte GTX 460 OC

i was looking on ebuyer for a new card on pay day :bounce:  and i found that 5870 is cheeper and much better than the 460 (gaming) is that right?

The 460 is comparable to the 5770 so I reckon 5870 should slap it

Actually the GTX 460 is comparable to the HD 5830 and it can even reach the HD 5850 if oc'd.

i have a 5870 and its a good card. but if your thinking crossfire with em later then dont bother they dont scale very well.
the 460 is a great card and scales very well if your looking for an sli setup later then go with that.

The 5870 is not one but two steps higher on Tom's graphics charts AND cheaper than the 460? This one is a no-brainer! They are both a little old but the price is right. The 5870 is the way to go.
