Okay, I have decided to build my first gaming computer myself. Before ordering anything, is there anything that won't be compatible, is weak or a bad product, and do you think this build is quality enough to run gta 4 on high settings after I OC the cpu? Thanks.

Any way to get a cheaper build with similar performance on gta 4?

Also, my resolution shouldn't very high as ill be on a fairly small and inexpensive monitor.

GPU added and OS dropped. Ill just find a copy of vista for a lot less. Also, my resolution will be lower, as my monitor is around 17in.

I'll take a look at that, thanks. BTW, could a gtx 260 run gta 4 with say an x4 925 OC or a x4 955 stock? I've seen videos of 260s doing well on gta but dunno if they have something special. Reason I ask is that they are 99.99 on newegg.
