What is your power supply?

Your motherboard has a PCI Express 16x slot so it is compatible. Your other hardware seems to be somewhat satisfactory to keep up with the GPU in most games.

Maybe look into overclocking your CPU as the E5200 is very overclockable. If you're at all interested check out our C2D OC Guide. Don't be overwhelmed by all of the info, it is really quite simple once you understand what is going on.

Your gonna need to speed your cpu up a bit to keep up with that card.

Also without knowing what your power supply is, can't even advise you if it will work.
