I have Verizon FIOS service, with a Westell wireless router. I would like to hook up a PC via wireless downstais with a old 2.4 GHZ 802.11 LINKSYS USB adapter ( WUSB11 VER.2.6). Am i going to waste my time trying to get this to work by downloading LNKSYS driver & plug into remote PC downstaris? OR should I make a trip to a store? I would prefer to make this make this work, w/o Security comprimise- if not compatable will have little choice. PCs are less than 2 years 0ld. Win 7 OS. Thanks in advance- W.T.
