The motherboard is dead?

the mobo is: ASUS m2n-e sli
I'm not sure exactly what i did but apparently I did something stupid with the jumpers and destroyed him.
There were beeps and nothing on screen so i bought a new mobo and now my pc is fine.
My question is if there is anything to do for fix it or he is dead?

I would consult your motherboard manual and verify that you have the jumpers in the correct positions

Actually there were two jumpers that were not in their default place- USBPW5-8 and KBPWR.
This could cause the problem?
