Gigabyte ga-970-ds3 1.6v ddr3?

(new to the geeky side of pcs)

i'm in the process of gathering parts for a home budget build. i've an amd athlon ii 260, antec earthwatts 500, gigabyte ga-970-ds3 and have just purchased 4gb (2x2gb) g.skill ripjaws (blue if that matters?) 1600 ddr3. (PC3 12800) Model Number: F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM. it seems they are 1.6v and the mobo states 1.5v.

will the ram be a problem in the mobo?

No. Most amd boards will run 1.6v ram with no issues.
