Opening email attachments sent FROM blackberry

Hello,
My parents cant open attachments sent FROM my BB curve. I can in my PC email but they cant. Where are they going wrong is it there DEL pc settings ?

look at there setting if it not set to block jpg or other file from opening in ther e-mail
