Hello,
I purchased a used ASUS P8P67 Rev 1.02 without the driver CD and I'm trying to avoid buying a PCI Ethernet card to connect to the Internet to download drivers so I am searching the list of preinstalled drivers on windows 7 and I can not find what network adapter is on this rev of the board, anyone know?

the way i find when someone brings in an old pc is go under the device that not found and google the device id that listed in device manager. the other way is look on the mb itself near the ethernet port should be the ethernet chipset.

The Realtek 8111E is in the 3.0 Rev, also I checked for a model number on the network adapter but the onlything visible is the brand name Foxxcon, still do not have the model number though. Also there is no information listed in the device manager it simply says unknown network adapter.

you want to look under the advance tab for the device and look for this.
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&SUBSYS_849C1043&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&SUBSYS_849C1043
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&CC_020000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&CC_0200
the top line you google and you find the vendor info that registered.
then you can find the drivers for the net card.

Friend of mine had a spare PCI ethernet card and I was able to solve my problems, thanks for the help though.
