is it compatible with my ASUS P5N-EM HDMI Motherboard it dose have PCI but says you need also a 6pin pci power connection is that just the normal power connectors that power hard disks and stuff like that

There is a difference between PCI and PCI express. The card uses PCI express slot (the black on on your board). The 6pin is a power connection. If you don't have one on your psu then you can use the 2x4pin Molex to 6pin adapter like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
