Hey guys i need some help with figuring out my build.

high resolution, and 3d surround gaming, and quiet working

PROJECTORS: 3x optoma gt720
What do you think about them?

ALT DISPLAY: 30" don't know producer though
which one? gaming 2500x1600 purpose

CPU: i7-2600K

MOBO: Asrock Fatality or EVGA p67 ftw k2 or sthing asus
not sure which mobo is best though, and i want to WC it all

CASE: No idea
I need it to be silent and spacy for WC equipment

GPU: 3-WAY SLI gtx580 3gb
which company, i don't know but, it has to be water cooled so either with built-IN block or with buyable one

some 8gb ram possibly cooled nicely (Is there a WC for ram?)

240gb ssd 6.0Gbs do not know which one

1tb hdd 6.0Gbs do not know which yet

Some psu that can support it

FULL water cooling equipment

So basically my problem is i have really uncomfortable, and weak internet access in norway now, but than i'm coming back to poland in august and i won't to figure everything
out by then, but it is really hard for me to do that for some reasons.

I ask for all you great community people to help me with this glorious effort to buy the ultimate machine, and to do that wisely without spending unnecessary money.
i know it may sound strange considering 3x SLI Stuff, but that's how it is.
So please community help me figuring out every part and specifics so the thing above won't look so random.:)
I need to know exact parts that I will need.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Ok. So I'll start from what is settled already.

Projectors: 3x optoma gt 720
Alt. Display: HP ZR30w Black 30" 7ms S-IPS Panel
MOBO: Asus MAXIMUS IV EXTREME-Z
Cpu: Intel Core i7 Processor i7-2600K
Psu: OCZ ZX Series 1250W Fully-Modular 80PLUS Gold High Performance Power Supply
SSD: Corsair Force Series 3 CSSD-F240GB3-BK
HDD: Samsung Desktop Class Spinpoint F3 1 TB SATA HD103SJ

Now what I'm not certain about:

Case: will water cooling fit in?

Ram: I didn't get my answer yet regarding WC ram blocks

which producer's water blocks should I choose?
How many of what will I need to complete a fully water cooled system? Cuz I'm a total newbie at Water cooling...

Cheers! And thank you for your help!

the corsair 800d is made for water cooling. and there is tons of room for it
here is the only ram with water blocks- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104214&Tpk=water%20cooled%20ram . it is definitely not worth it.
im sorry i have no idea about water cooling either

True that. And it's triple channel...
So case and ram are clear...

Now I've done some research, and I'm torn between
Evga reference cards, and Palit or Gainward non reference...
Water blocks exist for both of them afaik. So the only problem is what are advantages/disadvantages of non reference models... Can someone help me with that? I think I will fugue out the water cooling thingy myself:) And thanks a lot again!

You do realize that just because you have 3x3GB VRAM cards doesnt mean you will have 9GB Vram. You will just have 3GB.

Yes. Which doesn't change the fact you have twice as much vram per gpu to use then
gtx590(4x1,5 GB), which is good for higher resolutions 3x 30'' 2500x1600 is really much pixels to render, and 3x 720p 3d is not to little also... Isn't that true?
