Hi!
I've been trying to set up WoL over my local LAN network.
So far it's been relatively productive. The target computer has WoL enabled in the BIOS, the network card is set to listen for a magic packet, and is set to wake from shutdown. So, the computer should now wake from both sleep and shutdown.
However, whenever I send the magic packet over when it's shutdown I get nothing. If the computer is asleep, it works no problems!
I've had a look at the power settings in the BIOS but nothing strikes me as out of place.
Can anyone shed any light on the situation?
Many Thanks
