Help with my build

Hi guys, im upgrading my pc and im going to add a 550ti and an i5, i currently have a 300 watt psu, but im going to get a 460 watt, my question is if this psu will be able to power my pc.

6gbMemory
(buying)i5
(buying)550ti

Im trying to play sc2 and hopefully HoT when it comes out at decent settings. will i be able to run it and if yes at what settings?

What mobo do you have?
What ram?
I would recommend more then a 460W psu which sounds suspect.
Is it a Cooler Master by chance?
