wich is best site ti buy i components, i know just ebay. nweegg and compusa. from wich ones i can get best quality?

If you buy the same components, then they'll be the exact same quality. Jst buy from the place that you prefer or the one having the lowest cost, including taxes and delivery.

buy from whichever has the lowest prices/deals in general. No store has absolutely the lowest prices on all products, and each store has different kinds of sales. for instance, newegg has a wider selection and eblast/daily deals. Tigerdirects loves to have ridiculous prices after mail in rebates. NCIX makes big sales on things that are overstocked or they are trying to get rid of(a few days ago they were having a sale on the storm scout for i think 45$(normally 80$)) Amazon is also an alternative as well, as it avoids tax and shipping for the most part on products.

i think i will buy everything from newegg. lest say i have put my all products to basket and they show the price 1600$ and then i press pay and then they add taxes?

and i have one more question. gskill or corsair veagavence 16gb?

Besides Newegg, FRYs and MicroCenter... I would suggest Buy.com, Amazon and once in awhile Tiger Direct.
