CM Hyper212+ in Antec 100?

Hey guys, whats up? First post!
Ive got a quick question maybe somebody will be able to help me out..
I have an antec onehundred

and im looking to upgrade my i3-2100 to a 2500k.
also, im new to OC'ing and im guessing you need a good cooler and TIM...
will a Hyper 212+ fit inside? if not, any alternatives for me?
