Solution
from the asrock motherboard, you have an upgrade path for bulldozer and xfire setup, the mobo you listed is nice but is a little pricey for its specs, i think the newer 970 chipsets will be much better than 800 series and sure for more performance, you can add another gfx card for more performanc.

the psu you have chosen is really nice, will definitely recommend it.

if you have some more bucks, can you go with samsung spinpoint f3 1 tb, it is more faster and bigger than the one you listed.

You are choosing a llano motherboard that means you are to use APU not a CPU. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. At this price point I think going Intel will pay off more. Core i3-2100k is efficient enough for gaming but I recommend Core i5-2400k or 2500k. Based on some benchmarks I've seen the 6950 outperform stock 560 ti but not the overclocked one (something to keep in mind).

thanks.
