Black ops issues. Direct3DDevice.

he guys having issues with my computer at the moment when i play black ops, ill load into a multilayer server and be fine for about 2 minutes then it will get hell laggy and then crash. and up pops a box that says
[ Direct3DDevice9: present failed- Ran out of memory (-2197024882) ]

You need a serious PC upgrade. I don't any of your hardware, except the 8800..

You need more system memory. Below are the game specs
