Just thought i'd ask some expert advice on my new gaming build... wether my gfx choice is a little overkill or my PSU selection solid, ect... Thanks

if you want to oc you need the k version of that processor.

the 2 6950's easily beat that single 580 also radeon cards will give you a better picture than nvidia in you blu-ray movies
 
$180 for a board when you might or might not o/c is a bit extreme imo and you don't need a 750w psu to push that card.
