Hi everyone, I just have a couple of questions..well am planning upgrading the video card to a HIS radeon hd 6770 but
I would like to know if my pc will be able to handle it, my rig its a couple of years old but still runs smooth and have
done upgrades to it, the specs are; intel e8400 @ 3.0, 4gb ram, 400 psu corsair, w7 32 bit. I just need to know
if pc can handle the video card or should I opt for a radeon hd 6750 ?

Thanks..

PS. my pc currently holds an ati his hd 4650 card.

Well first you should know those cards are rebranding 5770 and 5750 (are the same jus with a 6xxx) and were targeted for OEM only. .
Check the link http://www.anandtech.com/show/4296/amds-radeon-hd-6770-radeon-hd-6750-the-retail-radeon-5700-rebadge

Interestingly in amazon are selling the card itself as a 6770 but we already know that is exactly the same as a 5770. Answering your question; your PC is fine to handle a 5770 or 5750. Also I would recommend you to check and read this review: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-oem-manufacturer,2913.html
And see by your self the quality of your psu, if it is really a 400W then it is fine, but if it is below 400w, you should get a new one at least certified. I Hope this helps you be more confident about your pc.
