i was also wandering if i needed to buy sata and power cords or if they came with the product

Cables are included.

I would choose a different power supply, simply to avoid having to keep track of what you connect to each of the four +12v rails. You need to make sure all four rails has something drawing from it -- if you only load one or two rails, it won't give you full wattage.

Power supplies I'd consider:
PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W High Performance 80PLUS Silver SLI CrossFire ready Power Supply
XFX Core Edition PRO750W (P1-750S-NLB9) 750W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

One more thing...
Getting all that nice powerful hardware and hooking it to a 21" LCD??

Suggested monitors:
Acer G235HAbd 23'' 5ms 1920x1080 WideScreen LCD monitor 300 cd/m2 1000:1
Acer S231HLbid Black 23" 5ms HDMI LED-Backlight LCD monitor Slim Design 250 cd/m2 ACM 12,000,000:1 (1000:1)

due to the fact that i have a very limited money supply and my current gaming needs are not to big right now ill just use a good 6870 now and later buy a second one
and im not all for that case so i upd it to an antec 1200

but whats better the dual 21.5 or a really nice 24 inch monitor

You don't need to worry much about SL or DL. When using Eyefinity, you MUST use the DP. Not many monitors have DP on them, so most use a DP to DVI adapter. The original ones were DL, and a bit costly. Unless your monitor res is huge, you are safe to use the newer/cheaper DP to SL DVI adapters. The only time you need DL is when your monitor res will be over 1200, like 2560x1600.
