i later plan on upgrading the system to dual 6950 and adding another monitor

That's going to be a nice system! To answer your questions everything looks good, Everything will work smooth as hell The psu will be good for crossfire unless you have 100 case fans and 60tb of storage <--- What?

Usually Mobos include 4 sata cables but I have had a asus board only give me one sata cable so you might want to grab an extra incase

Yea I usually like to go with 20 50gb drives instead of 1tb drive

that case is huge. I would be a novelty thing in it. Like a mini fridge or a toaster
