That's going to be a nice system! To answer your questions everything looks good, Everything will work smooth as hell :p The psu will be good for crossfire unless you have 100 case fans and 60tb of storage <--- What?

Usually Mobos include 4 sata cables but I have had a asus board only give me one sata cable so you might want to grab an extra incase
