Upgrade Help Needed (cpu)

I'm wanting to upgrade my CPU from my P4D (Smithfield) Pentium D to something along the lines of a Core 2 Quad (preferably the Q9550 or something in the $150-200 range).

Unit: Dell Precision Workstation 380 (Service Tag - 4QQBB81)

Mobo: 0CJ774

Socket: (FC?) LGA775

Bus: Intel AGTL+

If any other info is needed I'm sure I can provide it.

So is it possible to upgrade; can my mobo support it and can my bios (revision A09) support it?

Dell was not helpful at all on the phone so any help would greatly be appreciated.

Answered my own question.
No, the 0CJ774 Dell mobo can't handle anything better
than a Intel Pentium D Extreme 965 3.73GHz 775 4M L2 SL9AN.
