I am upgrading my *** Advent Centurion and I need a new motherboard, however I have no idea on anything because I am a complete noob in this sort of stuff.

I am hoping to buy a motherboard bundle with atleast 3.3ghz, 4gb and can take a nvidia 570 and a powerpack of 1000+. I am also looking to buy it at Millennium-Computers.

Welcome to Tom's Forum! :)

My general advice to upgrading OEM PC's is not to do it. Especially, if in the end all you're keeping is the case and a few accessories.

The i5-650 still is a decent CPU. So if I were to 'upgrade' then upgrade the: RAM 2x4GB, GPU, and chances are you'll need a larger PSU (500W~550W) ; see - http://www.thermaltake.outervision.com/Power

Otherwise, repurpose the Advent Centurion for some other use e.g. HTPC and start from scratch.

The biggest challenge is properly fitting the MOBO, most OEM PC's and their cases only support mATX MOBO's and standard ATX won't fit or properly fit into the case.

Measure your MOBO:
mATX = 9.6 in (244 mm) x 9.6 in (244 mm)
ATX = 12 in (305 mm) x 9.6 in (244 mm)
