Well hey everyone first timer here but learning as I go. I'm studying to be CompTIA A+ certified so know a little just not enough to get by and just been bouncing around this site for a few weeks learning alot of things on whats better. SO...

Budget is $800. One of firends said for a PC built for ANY situation pretty much means Gaming so not really picky on the interior just I'm a tall guy so I got big hands & so dont know where to start or how tell if a case is big or not. So any suggestions on where to look or a few you may know of already thats nice/cool looking....

Read the System Builder Marathon, June 2011: $500 Gaming PC so using that as a guide to keep the price down but since it was only like $526 they left ALOT of room for personalization so any advice on the interior would helpful as well.

I didn't choose Z68 motherboard because I don't know if you plan to over-
clock or not. P67 has overclocking but no onboard graphic and H67 is the
opposite of the P67. Frankly I don't think you need to overclock this
CPU because it's a freaking boss. You could opt for a cheaper case and
throw the money you save into a better GPU but I find the NZXT asthetically
pleasing. Keep in mind that it's a full tower but you said you're a big guy
so all good? The Rosewill Challenger is what I suggest for around $50. That
frees up 90$ and will give you like $240 to spend on a better graphic card.
If you want AMD, go for 6950 otherwise a 560 ti for nVidia.

Well.. I think I should've refreshed the page before I post. Your monitor is small I think you will be fine just spending around 600 is fine. I suggest upgrading your monitor to 1080p. 23" will probably go around $120-$130. The build I listed will last you for years to come.

:)  You can get 4gb memory ram ddr3 for around 36-37 if you want. 8gb is preparing for the future and it's not overkill unless you have like 16gb ram. Good luck!

I would definitively change mobo to P67 or Z68 for simple reasons of using unlocked CPU to OC. Otherwise there is no point paying extra for K-series. And yes monitor needs major upgrade but it will cut down your allowance for PC parts.

And 8gb is a little to much. But I guess you can find pretty good deal and get it for around $70 after MIR

Found him some for 55$ from G.SKills

Possible Change:
CPU -> i5-2400 save 10$ bad overclocking compared to i5-2500 but its a good processor nonetheless
Ram -> 2x2GB save 20$
Case -> Something around 70 save 70$

That's 100$ more to spend on a new monitor.

sorry got tired ) project for another time but you got $460 so far which means you have another 340 to spend on GPU, RAM, HDD, case, PSU and optical drive.
Biggest chunk will go for GPU I suggest get gtx460 and u'll have about 180 to spend
for the rest with 100 for HDD and RAM u have 80 for a decent case PSU combo

I hope that helped

Everything sounds good...been studying so now I'm wondering even on other builds why is the sound card never mentioned??? is it integrated most of the time or are most sound cards universal so in the end you're just looking for the best??

The sound card is integrated. You can find out on Mobo specs. Also standalone sound card is for serious audio editing and you will not need it.
Make sure you have stable Mobo(read reviews) and futureproof. Also if you more into gaming you might consider something like 560 or even 560ti which means you'll have to drop 2500k and go for 2100 or amd. also don't forget about PSU as it very important to get the one that can handle your GPU and OC (if u plan on it)
