Cost Effectivity: Phenom II X4's?

Ok so I want to build a budget gaming computer with an eye to the future and one that is based around AMD CPU's. This particular build will be a Quad-Core.
So which is better for the price among these:
Phenom II X4 955
Phenom II X4 965
Phenom II X4 970
They seem to be the same except chip quality and factory clocks...so I am thinking that if I go middle of the road here I will get fairly good chips and have less overclocking to do for the amount of money.
Assume:
8GB DDR3-1600
Radeon GFX
No SSD Boot Drive
700W PSU
So which is better for the price among these:
