Will the PSU do the job?

Hi guys,
I've recently ordered a new system configuration and the question on my mind is if the PSU will do the job. What do you think?

System Configuration:
- ASRock M3A770DE, socket AM3
- AMD Phenom II X4 955 Quad Core, 3200 MHz, 6MB, socket AM3, Box
- Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6770, 1024MB, GDDR5, 128bit, DVI, HDMI, PCI-E
- 2xKingston 2048MB, DDR3, 1333MHz, CL9 ValueRam
- HDD Western Digital Caviar Blue KX, 500GB, 16MB, 7200rpm, SATA 3
- DVD Writer Sony AD-7280S-OB 24x, SATA, Bulk
- Thermaltake V3, ATX Mid Tower
- OCZ StealthXStream 2, 500W

Is it good enough for this configuration? I know I could have gone for the safe bet and ordered a 600W+ one, but... money was a bit of a problem, sadly.

500w is enough, but remember - Never cheap out on your PSU.
