Having problems with ram.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231311 this is the ram

I just upgraded my system, with these two items with a power supply also,
i read the faq to see if it could see my problem. But it didnt. The problem is that the motherboard for some reason it does not read one of the sticks which is 4gig ram, 2 4gigs. I have tested both sticks and both slots, they work. One of them just wont show up for some reason. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

I updated the bios from the website. It did not work. I am also not familiar with setting up bios, although i did change the voltage as some people suggested but that did not work either.
  3. Q - What OS? If you have a 32-bit OS then max is 4GB with 3.0GB~3.5GB usable.

Q - Where are you seeing this?

Open the Resource Monitor and look to see how much Hardware Reserved is listed.
