3 to 4 pin adapter help?

Hey all! So I bought a Motherboard a couple days ago, Asus P8Z77-V Pro and it comes with fan controller software but my fans are unable to connect to the motherboard because my fan wires are 3 pin while the motherboard pins are 4 pin.
I wanted to know if there was some sort of connector for the fans 3 pin to make it 4 pin.
Can someone find the adapter (if there is one) here. www.canadacomputers.com I have no idea what i'd look for.

Ok so I also see debate on not being able to control the speed of the fans, will i be able to control it with my board? (P8z77-v Pro)
