Hello, I have Motherboard Intel Core Duo T2300 E with 1,66 GHz,FSB 667 MHz,2MB L2 cache..Can I upgrade my existing memory (256MB DDR2) with memory ddr2 2GB PC 6400??

Check first if your computer IS DDR2 PC-6400. And if it is well good.
Ill would add 4 Gb for even better performance.
