So, I guess that this computer is very good because no one has commented about it.

My only question is, that can the video-card run the newest games good on the highest settings?

Don't worry about people snubbing posts, they are evil and they shall be punished accordingly with my rise to power. Anyway in my humble view the system is top heavy, the i7 2600 can come down to an i5 2500k. However these are sandy bridge parts which are now 2 generations out.
You NEED a better graphics card, its nowhere near good enough for a 1000 Euro system.
I would suggest something like this:

i5 4570
Asus Z87-A
1TB caviar Black
HD 7950
Ram 8GB (Choose which brand you want)
CX 600 Watt PSU

Choose your other stuff by yourself as they are not that expensive, also you dont need a network card (Unless you are on a network) as such because a motherboard has Ethernet built in. Also does this include monitors e.g. ?

-As most people will suggest, build it.. Otherwise you are losing a lot of money on a sub par system. If its too much of a problem, have a look on amazon for a company like Vibox. (Assuming amazon ships to Finland?)

Seems pretty solid, but choose the i5-2500k since the only difference is a 15-30second video rendering time slot.
