Question regarding Catalyst Application Profiles

When I download the Catalyst Application Profiles do they get applied automatically? Or do I need to use something like Radeon Pro to use them? Or is there something else completely different that I need to do to ensure the profiles are working?

Ok sorry, I found the answer

"OK, I ran the installer for the profile update - now what?
That's all you need to do! The fixes and enhancements are enabled for the titles they apply to, no need to do anything!
I don't see anything under CCC - Profiles? Did it fail?
Catalyst Application Profiles are Driver profile updates, not User profiles. You won't see anything under 'CCC - Profiles' that you don't create."
