Cheapest processor to OC to 4.0-4.4

I dont want my 6950's in xfire to get bottlenecked and id be using my corsair A50 although i guess i could get another cooler for 50-70 (i can prolly get for 40 on ebay)

Budget is 175-200 or less IF you can oc it easily.

The problem is it has to be a "K" CPU to overclock! Therefore yes it is worth it because slight becomes big with overclock.
