Stuck on "Loading Operating System..."

I just assembled my new build and went to install Windows 7, but I'm getting hung up. After booting from the disk drive and moving through the first few screens of the Windows 7 installer, the installation begins. However, after the first restart, it gets hung up on the "Loading Operating System...Press any key to boot from CD or DVD" screen. Pressing a button does nothing.

The system recognizes both the DVD drive and the HDD in the bios. The windows installer asks me which partition I want to put Windows on....so it recognizes both devices. I have my device boot order set as 1: DVD Drive, 2: HDD.

I have checked the HDD and disk drive SATA cables.

Can't figure out what's going on....help please?

Nevermind....I've had the HDD for awhile and I forgot that I didn't format the partition.

Yep. All installed and good to go. It's always the dumb little stuff that gets you, haha.
