Inspiron 1440 cpu upgrade..

Hey, I was wondering if I could upgrade my Inspiron 1440' cpu, which is a Pentium Dual-Core T4200, to a Intel Mobile Core2 Extreme Quad QX9300.

As most of you know.. they are both P sockets, so that's not a problem.. the main thing is that Mobo compatible? and is the extra wattage a problem? I don't mind leaving it plugged in as it doesn't get taken out of the house much.

Also, I'm not worried about how expensive the upgrade is.. I have already found one at a good price.

It would be better to just get a different laptop with the cpu you want.
