Best graphic card for 200 $us

Hi there, what is the best graphic card that I can get for 200 $us.
I have an i7 920 and game at 1680x1050 but I will upgrade the monitor later or will add new one of 1920x1080.

MOBO Asus P6T
RAM 6GB, 3*2Gig OCZ DDR3
GPU Saphire 5670
HDD 300GB VelociRaptor + 2*1TB WD Green
Sound Omega Striker 7.1
PSU XION Supernova 800

I know the XION Supernova 600w PSU is pretty bad and has low efficency, I can't say the same for the 800w but I can't assume it would be great. I wouldn't put a 200 dollar video card on it personally.

Anyway I'd overclock that CPU to 3.2 Ghz if you can for sure. And probably look into the 6950 2Gb. If you can splurge on your cost, that would be the best becuase you can unlock it to a 6970 if you get the right one.

I think the GTX 560 non ti edition is the best card for 200 dollars right now.
