Best motherboard for AMD Phenom II X4 940 3.0 GHz Processor

Need as much help as possible because I'm going crazy trying to locate what I need... I need an AM2+ motherboard for MD Phenom II X4 940 3.0 GHz Processor black edition. But I have some requirements that I need to meet. I have a Radeon HD 5750 graphics card which is pretty big. I also need 3 pci slots for other things I need in the comp. So I need something with some space between the pci express slot and the pci? Any help is greatly appreciated...

No, The processor requires an AM2+ Board. Would love to put it on an AM3(+) Board but according to the box, that's not an option...
