I've got same problem only with MSI H55M-P31 motherboard.I had also to demount 1 slot of RAM for installing a 64bit version of Windows 7 and after all was done, and I mean all god damn possible updates and stuff,I turned off power, putted back RAM and hit start button.....blue screen filled with errors..Both RAMS are Kingston DDR3 1.3GHz 2GB,and both are OK...So what the hell is problem?

Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
And when the battery is out, press the power button to discharge all the electricity from the system.

With one ram stick make sure you update the bios to newest version and try again, if that does not work either you have one bad piece of ram or you have a bent pin on that ram socket or you have them in wrong slots for two chip config.
Would help more to know your whole computer specs and blue screen errors.
