So yesterday I tried installing a new graphics card into my computer. I plugged it in and it seemed to go in alright, but when I turned on the computer nothing was displayed on the monitor, and none of the usb devices were powered. I originally thought this was an issue with the graphics card so I took it out and tried running the pc with the integrated graphics but that stopped working too. I then tried another psu to see if it was a dead psu but no luck. I get no beep codes and the computer never reaches POST. Can I assume at this point that I have a dead motherboard or is there another issue that im overlooking?

Try checking the RAM. Have only one stick installed at any given time when you reboot to check each stick separately. You could have a bad RAM stick. If that doesn't help, you may need a new motherboard.
