MB/CPU/Memory upgrade advice needed

I'm about to upgrade my CPU, MB, and memory. Here's what I'm thinking...

i7-2600k
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000)
ASRock Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3

I currently have an SSD for my OS/Apps and 2x1TB drives in RAID 0 (along with a couple other SATA drives).

I'd like to overclock to 4.4 - 4.8 ghz

Is the MB I listed a good one for overclocking? How about the memory?

What CPU cooling is recommended? I know I can spend a ton of money and get a cooler larger than my case, but what I'm looking for is a quiet cooler that can handle to heat from overclocking because this PC is part of a DAW.

Thanks for any advice.

I would suggest a closed loop water cooler for your CPU(Antec or Corair).
