Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
And when the battery is out, press the power button to discharge all the electricity from the system.

only issue i saw was looked like your sat cable was not plugged in all the way or snaped..should be flush with the conenctor (gray one).
with no video card and one dimm and no sound card any fan spin or numbers on the mb diag leds?? do you smell anything that could have fried?? if you have a local micro center...have them test the ps with a ps tester or pick up a new one and see if that the issue.

Don't smell anything.
I didn't connect a lot of things yet. The case alone had problems with the fan controller in the front. Cooler Master is sending me a new one. I just need this thing to boot up some how. The closest Microcenter is about an hour away. What type of services do they have? Can they put it together if I give them the components?

each store is diffrent..call them up...some have a walk in support area at lest there you could plug in a new ps and see if the system posts. if you have a local best buys you can buy and return a ps there for testing.
