CPU Coolers

Hello

I just recently got a sandy Bridge i5 2500k.
At the moment it idles at around 50 degrees.
I'm just wondering if this is normal ?
Or should i buy a CPU cooler, i'm just concerned about the temperature.
If you think i should get a new cooler please let me know which ones are good for price vs performance ...

what do you get under load? sounds normal to me so far

Well i use speedfan to see what the temps are now and then .... I checked in BIOS to see if it was correct and its pretty much the same ...
The cores in speedfan can go to 50 degrees while playing games like cod4

that sounds fine. if you wanted a cooler it would not hurt but i would not worry about it.

i use PCwizzard to check my temps when playing games

Is the cooler master hyper 612 good for price vs performance?

Dump stock and get a Hyper 212+ about £20.
