Cheap card to run dual displays

Hi guys,

I am looking for a cheap card that is capable of running 2 monitors through DVI or VGA. Won't be doing any gaming - this is for work purposes only and it needs to be low profile and run on 240W.

I am struggling to work out what cards card run 2 display most only have one DVI port - can this generally be split to use for extended desktop?

Less that $120?

I would be looking for 2 DVI outputs if possible. I think that the Nvidia Quatro NVS 290 would be ok but I was wondering if there are cheaper and better alternatives?
