I wouldn't buy the BenQ monitor or the extra SATA cable. You get everything you need in the motherboard box and you can do much better then BenQ. I've always been an LG or Samsung man myself.

Everything else looks fine.

You can't really go wrong with Samsung. I have an LG monitor and a Samsung HDTV. I wish I bought them both Samsung but LG is still pretty good. The website claims it has the most important ports on the back so you should be alright. HDMI or DVI is the way to go. However, the contrast ratio is more like 1,000:1. Dynamic contrast means if all the planets are aligned perfectly and its a clear sky you will get the project Dynamic contrast ratio.

You are fine with Benq, and just as well as Samsung or LG. Get the design you like the best. Americans are not used to brands other than Samsung or LG, Benq is more popular in UK.

Belkin makes GREAT cables, but maybe your monitor alredy comes with a cable, so use whatever is provided. If you have to buy a cable, check the ouptu of your videocard and the input of your monitor. Go with DVI or HDMI, as long as its not VGA, you are getting a great picture
