I've heard horror stories about crappy PSU's and terrible Cooling, I edited it a bit and heres the final product,what do YOU think?

Solution
It looks okay to me. I didn't look up all the parts but I would watch out for the psu. I've never used Raidmax before. It might be well but I can't say for sure. It it scares you too much stick to Antecs, Corsairs,or Seasonic.
