VGA Driver not installing on ASROCK G41M-VS3

hi,

My motherboard is ASROCK G41M VS3
Os is winxp sp3

VGA Drivers are not getting installed on my sytem. I downloaded the latest vga driver for this motherboard from the below link
http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=G41M-VS3&o=XP

When i try to install the driver it is showing an error message that

"The computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software" - "Setup will exit"

Is it a problem with the mother board or anyother thing...

please advice

Since you are using the onboard GMA X4500 try going through Intel http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+G41+Express+Chipset&ProdId=3048&LineId=1100&FamilyId=39
