Will the HD 6870 bottleneck my CPU?

I have a
AMD Athlon II X4 635
4GB RAM

and I play at 1680x1050, would the 6870 BN my setup?

I asked a similar question just a while ago.

With an Athlon II 630 x4 and an HIS 6870, BFBC2 runs from about 45 fps to 60 (maxed at probably 70s without vsync on the ported BC1 maps) fps at 1024 x 768 with 8x MSAA, 16x AF, and everything else maxed besides HBAO. I'm pretty sure the game is GPU bound at this point.
